Cancellation Policy

1 calendar month or more before date of arrival, full refund less a £15 administration charge for each room booked. No fee for changing the date if available.

24 hours or more before 3 pm check in time, full refund less £25 administration charge for each room booked.

Less than 24 hours before 3 pm check in time, refund all monies paid less the charge for the first night at full one night rate for each room booked.
